Map markers

Each incident is marked with a marker and icon corresponding to the category. Click on the marker to find out more about the incident.


Location filters

You may control your view using the location dropdown to select a province. The ‘Near Me’ button will zoom the map to your current location.


Category and tag filters

You may control what issues you see by using the filters section. Toggle each category on and off by clicking the checkbox. Use the tag dropdown to select specific filters. Once you have selections made, only incidents that match your filters will show. To reset you view, click the ‘Reset’ button.


Map controls

To navigate the map, you may use the native controls of your device or utilize the buttons on the map.


Device controls on a desktop

Mouse click and hold to move around the map. Use the scroll function (scroll wheel, pinch track pad, +/- keyboard shortcuts) to zoom in and out.


Device controls on a tablet or phone

Similar to other map applications, you may move around the map by moving your finger around the screen. Zoom in and out using the pinch function. Single tap on a pin to view details.
